Overview //

The Mother of Mercy Clinic provides free, quality healthcare to low-income individuals who are uninsured or under-insured. The clinics have ongoing needs for volunteers in a variety of roles:

- Medical (physicians, specialists, nurses, pharmacists etc.)
- Administrative (general office duties, volunteer coordination, front desk, etc.)
- Interpreting (virtual and in-person)
- Facility Maintenance

All NEW volunteers must register here by clicking the sign-up link and setting up an account in Samaritan. A member of the onboarding team will contact you within a week and coordinate a time for a brief interview and go over the steps of the onboarding process (Zoom orientation, paperwork, and a background check).

Background Checks: All Mother of Mercy Volunteers require a background check. To authorize a background check, after registering online, sign out and then re-sign in with your:

· Samaritan Login "Log in" with the user ID and Password you just created
· Once logged in, on the top right corner, click on "Dashboard"
· Your dashboard will populate and a click on the box "Request Background Check" will start the process.
· Follow the instructions, and you''ll be all set!
